Q: How do I find a Pad?
A: Its easy! Look on our Available Pads page, or you may contact us for more information on a particular Pad you need. For example if you are looking for a place that is furnished or any special needs like; location, size, garage, pet friendly etc.
Q: How long will it take to get an answer to my email? A: LeasePads.com strives to answer your questions or inquiries promptly. Generally it will be the same day or the following day. Weekend contact may take a bit longer. LeasePads.com will continue to strive to better respond to your Pad questions continually. Please make sure you send a detailed email!
Q: What is the return call wait time? A: This should be faster than online, but subject to the volume of calls received during business hours (M-F 9am-5pm).
