In the likely event of freezing weather conditions we at Topher Realty LLC require you to do the following in effort to prevent freezing plumbing pipes and fixtures. ________________________
1) Leave faucets on a drizzle
2) Open and leave open cupboard doors where water fixtures are to allow warm air to circulate around water lines
3) Leave the thermostat on at all times (even when you leave the property)
4) Report freeze ups, hissing/running water noise or any problem immediately at (406) 443-3555 #2 and leave a message with the answering service __________________________
Tenant will be held liable for freeze up related damages if tenant fails to comply with the cold weather agreement.
